I do this work out at least twice a week and holy crap, it works! I’ve never felt this good of a burn in this short amount of time and it’s perfect to add at the end of a workout. I’ve had multiple comments from friends saying there’s a noticeable difference in my glutes!! this is coming from someone who is petite and cannot gain muscle very well. I love the stretches at the end as well.
