Chris heria has an exercise I've never seen people do he hangs on the pull up bar puts his legs through his arms so he's facing the ground and pulls himself up, he also does leg flutter in this position

I can probably do most of them up to 65. I have tried press handstands before since I’m a gymnast and I cannot do them at all lol my hips will cramp up and I’ll probably get stuck. However I can do a muscle up

From level 1 to level 100, you can gradually increase the intensity and complexity of your exercises. Start with basic bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and lunges at level 1.
