Great video guyz. I was looking for info about Arminian Theology to broaden my studies on soteriology. God is good. Be blessed!

Great Episode. Dr Flowers and Warren were not trying to mock the Holy Spirit. Hopefully, we can disagree and be charitable towards each other.

Are these slides available to get and print off? I would love to work back through them for my own study.

Great video! One thing thing I've always wondered (and this might be due to a misunderstanding of prevenient grace and total depravity) why would God make depravity the consequence of sin if he's just going to use prevenient grace to cancel it out?

It's like solving the equation x +2 = 5 by first adding 3 to each side to get x + 2 + 3 = 5 +3, then turning around and subtracting 3 from each side to get right back to x + 2 = 5. Why take the extra steps? Wouldn't it make more sense to make the consequences of sin something less than total depravity in the first place?

Thanks for the overview of this topic:
As someone sort of coming out of Calvinism I am looking for more clarity.
Do classical Arminians believe that God’s grace before salvation is not only applied universally but is always applied and is always constantly sufficient? Another way to ask would be, do all people experience enough grace at all times for them to choose to turn to Christ?
Or is this grace applied universally, but not necessarily constantly across time and peoples. It seems from Matthew 11:21 that God could have offered more grace (as much as Chorazin and Bethsaida) to Tyre and Sidon, such that they would have repented. Thanks

Great video! Do either of you have a source for leading provisionists saying that the Spirit only acts through the inspiration of the text, done in the past? This seems to go against at least Flower’s constant quotation of the verse saying the word of God pierces hearts and his insistence on the Spirit moving through the gospel message. What Dan has said in this video and others seems to be oversimplifying their view, and I don’t think a lot of the proof texts in this video would be relevant to the provs’ view.
