Civics have always been the one car you can confidently recommend to just about anyone from car crazy Type R lovers to people who just want something functional and reliable to get from point A to point B. It’s generally the right answer to just about any question that doesn’t involve trying to impress all the neighbors with how much money you spent on your car.

Been watching this and kbb a lot. From helicopters, to week long reviews — you work sooo hard man and are a household name. Strong content and beautiful family. Internet is lucky to have you!

I've been a car enthusiast since my teens. This car is the perfect commuter. Great, honest review, from a family's perspective. Evie did fantastic. Your daughter is super cute and has a sense of humor....

Very well detailed review and I would agree with the fact that it looks better in person rather than in photos.

I like your videos! Evie is charming, honest, and gives the perspective of the average ordinary driver. Micah (like me) is a car nerd and gives all the details us nerds like to know. And it seems like their daughter in the back just might be a future car reviewer too! Great review! I think the new Civic styling is nice.

This format is fun! And, a very 'real world' way of reviewing cars.
Keep up the good work!

I like how you caught the train in the background in your opening shot, pretty cool.

The exterior would have been really great if they used the Honda e as inspiration. To go with that retro honey comb grill on the dash.

Fun fact: The Cactus dress Evie is wearing gives away that this is Desert Runner Evie! 😲😲😲😲😲😲🌵

The only husband and wife reviews that I can watch.
Looks better than the current Accord. Reminds me of the Accord from early-mid 90s.

It feels like they took all the nice things about the 7th gen Accord and updated it with modern tech. I even checked the interior dimensions, and it's within half an inch of the specs on my 2007 Accord sedan. This actually has more trunk space! I will definitely be keeping my eye on it if I'm in a position to replace my Accord in the near future.

Oh...the multi-verse. That's why I'm struggling to find my next car: good choices, wrong timeline.

I love it….. the Evie Multiverse! Mountain Evie would not drive it but Suburban Evie would!

Maybe because I’m 40. But I prefer this one. Less flare. Though my favorite Civic of all time is 1995 civic hatchback.

I've owned only one Honda automobile, a much loved '94 Prelude I drove for about 120K miles without a single issue. But I've owned several Hondas with two wheels and another Honda with four wheels and a blade that never saw the street but saw many miles on my lawn. Every single one has been completely trouble-free and well designed. It appears the Civic is no exception. And for those of us (increasingly rare) folks who believe a four door sedan or hatchback offers a superior driving experience compared to an SUV it's nice to see that some automakers still make an effort to offer them.

Not a fan of CVTs but I have to admit the technology has come a long way in the last decade. And for most consumers the advantages in terms of some fuel savings and the significant reduction in the droning annoyance of CVTs makes it a non-issue.

Obviously, the Civic sedan isn't the most appealing model to many consumers. The 11th generation Type R is the crown jewel of the portfolio though it won't sell in the numbers of the 4 door sedan. Hopefully, its looks will appeal to a wider segment than just those who believe performance hatchbacks should be based on designs of Hot Wheels from Mattel.
