I have ADHD and listening to you saying "you don't have to time things" made me tear up. I've been trying to be kinder with myself and go through the day doing what I can and allowing myself to feel free. Thank you so much for this video, sometimes I feel like I need to compensate for my ADHD and I ended up extremely depressed and burned out. Watching you respect yourself gives me hope, I think I can do that too🥰

I’ve struggled with sickness for months and just went through surgery a few days ago. At the same time, exam season starts in less than a month and as a perfectionist with half her classes being maths, I’m scrambling and struggling to get everything done in time.
So this video came at the perfect time.
I’m such a new years person but this is the first year where I didn’t put hours of effort into strict, measurable goals. For example, instead of “read 60 books, read daily news, listen to multiple podcast episodes a week” in the intellectual column, I simply wrote “stop being ashamed of loving romance novels”.
I’m actively deciding to take it slow, with ease and quiet. Like you, I’m tired of huge expectations and hectic, desperate attempts to do everything all at once. I’m so happy about this year’s approach where I set myself small, mindset-oriented goals. I’m positive and excited, but I also know I have to put my health first. Maybe I’ll fail a few exams, maybe I’ll be sick for another few months, maybe I’ll only be able to get back to the gym in may, maybe my walks are half as long as they used to be. But that’s okay.

I want to cry. I wish I found this channel earlier. I spent the entirety of 2023 doing nothing productive and had my mind so overwhelmed with things that I couldn't see that there are little things that can bring so much joy into one's life. I will take things slow, venture out on life, and enjoy. I am so glad I found your channel <3.

i’m currently doing a flower a day in the evenings at the moment! i haven’t been drawing for years so it’s really simple but i love botany, so it actually makes me really happy and i’m slowly building up this lil’ book of flowers i drew through april!! (the first day i went rogue and drew a lemon and some wispy fern leaves)

I love how this doesn’t seem strict most vids are like 4am wake up, 5am work out for an hour, 6am shower for 15 - 30 mins. This is so relaxed🙂🙂

this was recommended to me and I'm so glad it did.
I recently went abroad for college, the first two weeks I was so pumped and full of energy, but halfway through the third, I've not been feeling like myself and always feel like I'm in a slump all day and just overall unproductive.
i can't really pinpoint why and I don't want my family at home to know to not stress them out and worry more than they already are
I'm usually the type of person that keeps their problems to themselves and find solutions to them
but this video truly let me calm down, unwind, and almost forget whatever I'm going through right now
thank you for using this outlet as a way to help people!
