i got a new ipad cus i reset my ipad and it would keep turning on and the apple logo would appear. it wouldn’t go away. it won’t turn back on. it reboots and then turns black. and then the apple logo turns on and turns off. it never turns back on completely and i can’t use it. so i got a new ipad and the storage didn’t back up on my previous device cus i didn’t have storage but now on my new ipad it didn’t load all the way with the stuff i had it only saved to the previous back up i did … like i don’t have my photos or anything because i didn’t back it up to put it on a new device… how do i fix?
