Her face gets red, she sweats and gets tired. And that's why I love fitness blender. In most workout videos, coaches are like robots. they dont sweat and even get tired.

Thanks Kelli and Daniel. I've been doing your workouts now for over a year and find them very challenging and interesting. I trust you both to give good cues so I don't hurt myself and your continual reminder to go with technique first is reassuring. Thank you thank you from a 63 year old lady!

What I love about these workouts is that they really are so natural and perfect for the human body. Not just static weight lifting or cardio, but a combination of strenght, cardio, flexibility and agility training. So amazing💙

Oh gosh! I am completely drenched! At my age, I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it. I just went lighter with the weights, but kept up with the repetitions. The worst of the workout is the dreaded burpees! I'm 55. I'll modify while you young ones get at it! Now I gotta go for a long soak! Thank you for all the work you do to help us get in shape!

I was packing my suitcase all day and afterwards, I felt tired and guilty that I didn't get to workout. So as I was sitting down, I looked up FitnessBlender workouts that I could try out and landed on this one. I actually fucking did it. 20 minutes in, I told myself 10 more minutes and I can work out the rest tomorrow. I pushed through that tempting thought and I actually finished it in one night. It'd been 2 days since my last real workout. I usually aim for 1000 jump roping jumps a day but today I only did 500. I'm glad I could make up the rest with this cardio workout. I can't wait feel the soreness in my legs tomorrow bc it'll make me feel better to know that I did THAT. I love this youtube channel so much. I've been working alongside their lower body workout videos at least 5 days a week. At least 30 minutes! I went from 147lbs in March 2019 to 132.2lbs today, May 6th. All thanks to jump roping, fitnessblender, and myfitnesspal for tracking what I eat. I would like to know why it's unhealthy to keep targeting the same muscles day after day. I should work on my arms, so I'll take Kelli's advice and use an upper body workout tomorrow. but maybe a few jump squats. I am going to be on a train for the next two days so I hope doing another lower body workout tomorrow won't hurt.

41:45 This is one of your most thorough lower body cool down and stretches! I come back to this workout again and again if I feel like I need to stretch more. Thanks Fitness Blender for all these invigorating workouts!
I always feel better by the end even during the days I don't feel like moving.
