Chef, once again i can't thank you enough! At the age of 61(next week), I have been your unknown loyal student for 6 months. I've made a countless number of your recipes which are pure perfection. Somehow you've managed to make my wife believe tht I know what I'm doing in the kitchen!! For the 20+ years we've been together she has always talked about trying Wellington. We never found ourselves in a restaurant serving it though. Finally today i had enough confidence to try this. I followed every step on the video and it was pure perfection. My wife says I've now made her the best meal she's ever had anywhere (we do travel!😂). How can I do better than that??. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Please keep doing what you're doing!

The paint brush / Bob Ross narrative is excellent. I truly laughed out loud...while learning how to make this culinary masterpiece. What's perfect is the fact that Chef JP takes cooking seriously, but he doesn't take HIMSELF too seriously. The BEST.
