I'm a nursing student and I've been telling this to my OBGYN for years cause all the test I've gotten done for the last 3 years - but the transvaginal ultrasound - have consistently shown I do have PCOS. I have changed providers since multiple times, but all of them seem to be confused by the no cyst findings and end up not giving me any diagnosis.
