This is a remake of my first lumpia. Easy way to make a delicious, crunchy Filipino favorite appetizer. Sa mga tulad kong Pinoy we usually called lumpiang shanghai, in english Pork spring roll.

Here is the complete list of ingredients:

2lbs ground pork
2 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1 cup finely chopped Onions
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup grated potato
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp vegetable seasonings
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 pcs large eggs
80-100 pcs lumpia wrapper
1 cup of vegetable oil for frying
