Ingredients:
Cabbage
Shiitake mushrooms
Green onion
Slice Carrots
Salt
Soy Sauce
Cilantro
Vermicelli noodles (green bean)
Oyster sauce vegetarian
Mushroom powder
White pepper
Flower and water mix

Method:
Chop cabbage and salt it, set for 10 min.
Saute: chopped Shiitake mushrooms, chopped Green onion, Slice Carrot, Soy sauce.
Squeeze out water from cabbage then
Add the saute veggies, cilantro, vermicelli noodles, vegetarian oyster sauce, mushroom powder, white pepper.
Mix together and add to wrap, close wrap with flour water mix and fry for 4 -5 min till crispy golden brown. Yummy 😋 and thankyou.

I just made these and omg they’re actually amazing. I did add garlic powder and onion powder to fit my taste, but it’s my first go at spring rolls and i don’t think i’m trying any other recipe anytime soon! Just wow!

They look delicious. I make my mothers Malaysian spring rolls. Best food ever. A tip for even crispness, I roll, fold one side over, roll 180 and fold other side in then roll and stick. A tip that’s worth trying.

I made them one time and was in heaven! It is time to do it again. Its such a treat to have a platter of them instead of 4 that you get when you go out.Worth the effort!

You can also use raw egg instead of the flour+water mixture. I'm vietnamese and our family uses raw egg. Some other families uses water+flour but its not as thick is hers. And the wrapper she uses is a bit different. But becareful cause the wrapper will become dry in open air. So always have something covering the wrappers to not dry them and don't have fans on or windows or door open.
