I got the white gold card last week. I didn’t like the color so I ordered the rose gold color again. Just got it in the mail yesterday.

I got my White Gold immediately and got a comment on it a week later. I had the rose for awhile but the white is a nice change. I've actually never had traditional gold oddly enough.

I'm starting to use more credits. I use Uber, going to use Resy and Dunkin for more value as well as points of course. I use as much as I can. I don't use the dining credit because it's so limited but the Resy credit is a nice change.

I didn’t like the color much at all and just a few days after receiving the white gold version I changed again and went with the plastic version which you didn’t even mention. I love the color of the plastic version and once it starts getting worn out I’ll go to the OG metal Gold card.

I received an offer to upgrade my Amex Gold card to Platinum and still earn the bonus points after meeting the minimum spend. However, I don’t plan on keeping the Platinum card long-term. Do you know if Amex will allow me to downgrade back to the Gold card later, or am I restricted from doing so since I upgraded from the Gold?
