My time there was the worst job I ever had. The only time I was told I was good amazing etc was at the interview before I joined, not so after. I left that place four years ago but now I have a better employer. Used a bad experience to get something better. Have a good day reader

So true. Call centres and telecommunications companies are the worst of the worst. They always hold you back even if you're doing well.

The only good thing I got from working in a Call Center is I've learned to grow a thicker skin, and that's it. It also pretty much ruined my view with humanity. Looking back at my years working there, all I can see is a whole mesh of negativity, anxiety and toxicity

It's true of most jobs unfortunately, in jobs where you can be replaced with a finger click, nobody is respectful or kind.
