This is only my second time hearing and seeing Forestella (First was Je Suis Malade). I don't know much about them. I know two are classically trained. I don't know how they became popular. I will continue my journey because I love them so far. I will also check out the original video in your link so I can see everything unblocked. Great reaction Thx Adam 😎

You have to keep reminding yourself they are a Crossover band, as whether they do Classical or Pop, you are fully drawn into their interpretation. Yes Ko WooRim's Basso profundo just brings a different spin. The shock is how a Classically trained Tenor, (Cho Mingyu) can sound like Gaga. 🤣 For another performance with moves, they did a cover of "Smooth Criminal". 🤣

It's always great to see another reaction to Forestella. This rendition was fun to watch. There are other performances with more movement and background dancers/singers like "Lazenca, Save Us" (rock opera) or "Smooth Criminal" (the audio quality of the Smooth Criminal videos I found is not very good unfortunately and the Immortal Songs performance is blocked). For emotional masterpieces I recommend "Je suis malade" and "If I leave" (I made videos with English subs for both songs).

In the more recent performances you can see how they have also worked on their dance expression. They have really good moves. See the smooth-criminal performance mentioned several times. (unfortunately blogged). A great tribute to M.J., both singing and dancing. I also strongly recommend "Shape of You". Small stage, but you can see and feel that these guys "LIVE MUSIC". Such rousing rhythms that they immerse themselves in and take you with them. Fantastic "fun vibes".

I love your analysis and reactions. 😄 They bring almost every genre to their own. However, they do not lose the essence of the original song, and exquisitely add their own colors to preserve the characteristics of the crossover genre. I love their creative interpretations of music very much. Many of their wonderful songs still remain. The Smooth Criminal they sang with a real dance is just amazing. Be sure to check it out🤭

Forestella, currently in January 2024 a temporary trio while the bass singer Ko Woorim, but oh my did they prove that they are a force to be reckoned with performing Queen’s THE SHOW MUST GO ON and a rearranged for 3 voices Hijo De La Luna!! Spanish title, but Korean lyrics and unbelievable vocals.! Oh My Goodness!❤ I salute you : Cho MinGyu, Kang HyungHo and Bae Doohoon…Woorim will be so proud of you ❤

Another beautiful cover of theirs that you could react to is Hijo de la Luna. They show the same beautiful high notes like in Scarborough Fair and I think some of the lowest notes the bass has to offer.

Es que los cuatro tienen unas voces increíbles y son muy inteligentes para ubicar las voces individuales.
Son muy versátiles y divertidos, aunque hasta hoy no tuvieras esa idea. Sus conciertos son una fiesta, les encanta reírse de sí mismos e interactuar con su público entusiasta.
Tendrías que ver su cover de Smoth Criminal para comprobar cómo se mueven, la pena es que su actuación del programa la deben haber bloqueado.
Hay vídeos de fans de esa actuación en sus conciertos pero lógicamente no tienen la mejor calidad.
De cualquier manera siempre superan la excelencia.

The same song and yet, as always, completely different and as always TOP. They nailed it again and simply master every genre. Also the "big pop stage". The creativity of this arrangement alone is astounding, of course charming-boy Ko WooRim and his vocals, as well as the brilliant overall staging, are particularly outstanding this time. Admirable courage to take risks "Being different" and always a success.
