I had this aswell. Water pick with hippoclense warm salt water and brushing 3x a day definitely worked for me

I have this. My dentist got mad and complained multiple times 🙄. Try putting coconut oil in your mouth guys, it works and just spit it out after 10 mins

Sir I am suffering from gingivitis ..one day I met one periodontist she was given me a best gum gel ..it’s amazingly worked and reduced gingivitis and bad breath completely, , sir please tell me best gum gel for me

I had this when I was 18 but they ended up cutting a part of my gums after the braces came off and then it healed back normally

Edit after 1 year: so I just took my braces off but basically what happened is the orthodontist told me it wasn’t that bad (this happened a year ago) so they said just wait until we take them off. Now I took them off and my teeth are rlly bad so I have to just brush very well and hope it gets better or they cut it off with a laser or something

This is what mine looked like. Nothing, absolutely nothing worked. My dentist and orthodontist yelled at me, and said I wasn't flossing or brushing properly. About a week after getting my braces off, there was NO swelling and it was back to normal.

Had this, it had escalated and the gums had become fibroid. Had to get my gums cut out and laser surgery to fix it.
