It is normal for small amounts but not over extended periods of time, if yo floss every few months then you’ll get blood but keep up with flossing regularly and you won’t have bloody gums

Blood while flossing means you might have to get a deep cleaning because you have a lot of plaque build-up up in your gums but that's if it bleeds a lot. a little bit of blood might just mean you haven't flossed in a while.

This is a sign of gingivitis basically when you floss or brush your gums start to bleed. It is a very common gum disease, to avoid it floss after 2-4 days.
