Edit: I get mental health and how it can take a majority of certain things in life. I wasn’t really thinking about that when I made this, I was thinking about what I know in life. If I did offend anyone I am sorry about that. (On a final note I kinda meant this in the way of from what I know, it’s always seemed to me as a choice to keep your health as good. And for someone who has always kept themself healthy enough for stuff like that not to happen it’s hard to think around any other areas) Ntm I’ve been in some depressive stages before so I understand when it’s hard to preform tasks.

Ntm the people saying this was a rude comment. In two ways, it’s technically fair of me to have an opinion or mind set because like I’ve said above this people go through stuff in their own way and this is how I’ve kinda related to it. But on the other end, it is kinda rude because idk what they were going through. At the end of the day I’m human so I can think however this makes me feel. This is common but not talked about! I have personal experience with swollen gums. For me, when I first got braces, I had major gaps between my teeth and when my teeth were brought together, the extra gum tissues was very noticeable. Also, This kind of gum swelling can be due to bad hygiene because of bad mental health. It happens. I am not a doctor or healthcare professional. I am just saying this out of personal experience.

I'm taking braces off in exactly 3 weeks!!!I got them in June, so 8 months I had them on.I had to visit my orthodontist 2 times a month, can that be the reason why I'm getting them so early.My teeth were not that crooked and got alligned in a month and a half I think.I've been wearing latex elastics for over 3 months already and I don't see a significant change in my underbite, but it did move my jaw a little.My cousing has to wear hers for one more year, and her teeth were way better when she got hers

y'all i doubt it bleeds when you get your braces off. It looks like and probably smells like this person didn't brush their teeth often or before this appointment. Peoples sensitivity and teeth are different.

If her teeth look like that. She was not taking care of them while her braces were on. She probably won’t take care of them now that they are off. She also will probably not wear her retainers. A waste of money, smh
