The thing about dota2 and tf2 user made content is that you can still earn it while playing, they're just collectables. Many Skyrim mods can dramatically effect or outright change the game you play creating a completely different experience.

Steam gives valve and their staff way too much power. By accepting the terms of service you're basically selling your soul and your rights. A company/service like steam/valve should not be able to remove games from your library nor should they be able to ban you from playing your games.

Actualy you messed up big. Valve took their standard 30% share, where the game dev chose their own. Bethesda chose 45%. How many people do STILL not get this o.O
