In the developed world, I think this only happens in the USA. I know in UK, if you need therapy, you get therapy and it costs nothing as everyone pays into the NHS as a percentage of their earnings and it's not missed. This is what happens when greedy people mix profit with healthcare.

They unfortunately brought me back and I say unfortunately is because I lost friends and family during the process. I had no visitors.
