Happens to several (LG) OLEDs with same pixel error and it's always on the left side like the G2 and Sony A80k at the longevity test from rtings. This is really strange ..
"In an even stranger twist, whereas the LG G2 OLED seems to have fixed itself, the Sony A80K OLED developed the exact same dead line issue as the G2. We ran a pixel refresher and a few quick diagnostics, but nothing we did had any impact on the green line."

I’m had the same thing in my LG CX last year for a couple weeks. I did all you did as well. An update came out and after I did the update the line was gone and still is.

Sucks to hear this. I have C2 for 6 months that I've been heavily using. Hopefully I won't have to deal with similar issues

I reported my B7 to LG shortly before the end of the warranty because there were burn-in effects. I then had to take photos, which wasn't easy to show in a photo. You could see it immediately with the naked eye. In any case, after some back and forth, I was able to hand in my TV to Media Markt and received a 100% credit of the purchase price. I was then able to choose a new television and immediately bought the LG C9 for €60 more, which was currently on offer. So the support from LG was really good. I hope everything goes well for you and you can choose a new TV like it did for me. An LG G3 or G4 would be nice.

I love the LGs. I own a C6 (2016), CX and C3. But i have to admit that every single one of these TVs had a defective Panel at some point. My CX even got 2 and therefore i´m on my third panel. Everything was handled under warranty but it seems like the panels are still very fragile.

Man that's unfortunate getting so unlucky multiple times. I had a 65' B7 (which my parents are using now), my wife has a 48" CX and I now have a 77" G1. While the two bigger panels could have better uniformity (vertical banding in dark greys) I've never had any technical issues with any of them. I'm really hoping that LG can improve color volume in game mode, lower brightness color desaturation and especially the native gradation (incl. 4K 120+). The fact that they'll be 144 Hz makes the G4 much more interesting as an enthusiast PC gamer already.

I have owned my c1 65 inch for 4 years now, I went through spurts of heavy gaming and even 12 hr game sessions for a year straight, and the picture still looks like new..only thing I dnt like about the tv is the sound..even tho the tvs sound is better then most others..it also has atmos..sound bar is preferred..

I had exactly the same thing on my LG CX in like 3 months after purchase. By the time the LG employee arrived it was actually gone and only a less visible trace remained. They almost didn't want to replace the panel for me, but fortunately I had pictures on my phone and thanks to that they agreed to replace it.

My LG CX9 died after 2 years just after warranty ended. I have a friend with a C1 65' that has this pixel lines too after 1 year of usage. What I learned from that is to buy TV's only with extended warranty.

I had the EXACT same thing happen on my C9 after only 6 months of purchasing. LG replaced my panel. This happened a few years ago but I have upgraded to a G3.

LG has pretty solid customer service, at least thats my understanding. I'm sure they will try to take care of you.

My LG CX has almost 10, 000 hours and its still pristine. My C2 has 2000ish hours and its still perfect as well.

I bought a C3 about 2 months ago. The TV's wifi did not work 95% of the time. When it did work the picture quality was fantastic. I returned it for a Samsung QN90C. My 1st and last LG tv.

I had a line on my LG C1. It has a free 5 year warranty with the retailer. TV picked up and repaired in a few days. Still working fine after repaired a year ago.

I had issues with the cx. Horizontal line and dead pixels on the upper edge. This time I'm going Samsung and I bought the s90C and I'm loving it. People say that it's way better than the C3 which is it's competitor
