here in the eastern US we get these 'Cara-Cara' oranges in late winter-spring; the insides are slightly pink in color; i do prefer them over the blood orange.... i don't know if it's a new variety, i've only noticed them in the past 2-3 years

In south states of Iran there is another ki d of orange which is not that juicy but man its really sweet and taste like what u think of orange 100 percent. It has thick skin and it comes in small sizes but thats more delicious than bloody orange
