😮❤❤❤😊 we love making ribs, especially potato salad. My boyfriend is Mexican Native American he’s in the Army we live in West Point. I’m always cooking I love to cook I love food I’m Italian and Puerto Rican mix grow up, spoiled a lot with the Italian food and German food 🥘 I love when he makes his authentic Mexican food. So amazing thank you so much. That potato salad looks incredible. Can’t wait to make those… 🎊 🎉 😊

I agree that removing the membrane makes ribs a bit more tender. However, I often do not because the membrane is pure collagen and is very healthy.

Just tried this recipe on a rack for me and my dad and it is by far the best tasting and most tender ribs I've had in a really long time.

I took the advice of a chef that said boiling ribs with an onion for about an hour before bbq or broiling is how they do it at restaurants. It worked well for fall off the bone ribs.

Smoked paprika and dark brown sugar iskey to any dry-rub whatever you got after that is up to you! Dry mango and habanero mixed to the smoked paprika and dark brown sugar is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 personality I like them on the BBQ with smoke box at low indirect heat but doing them in the oven and then finishing on barbecue is also good I call that the cheater method ! 😂 🍀🇨🇦

😊Hey I just wanted to tell you that I followed your recipe for the ribs and they were great. I also used your recipe for creamy potato salad and slaw. I have always loved my potato salad, but I like yours better. I loved the idea for taming the red onions. My grandson ate it up. My daughter loved the fact that the slaw wasn’t sweet. Your original recipe is the best ever! Every time I have ever made ribs, I have used that recipe and the first time I made them, everyone was just so impressed and said I made the best ribs they had ever tasted. What was the other thing wrapped around the rack of ribs when you were wrapping it with foil? It appeared as if you had parchment paper wrapped around them first. Or did you do two layers of foil?
