Folks... Ribs are not a fast food. Relative to the right ways to cook them this IS fast. My only issue is that they aren't smokey at all this way. You have to use a smokey bbq sauce or add liquid smoke if you want that. But these are still tasty.

You all realize it normally takes 4+ hours to normally cook ribs. This way actually works.

So I got home at 7 hungry and then if I want to cook ribs my dinner be ready around 10pm. Is there a fast way?

Clean em put em in a big pot boil em with Himalayan salt herb seasoning & old bay seasoning peparika & Ceyyene pepper for 30 min pull em out.

season em front & back with rub or same stuff. put em on foil in convection oven 425 for 10 min. Brush barbeque sauce both sides. Stick in oven same convection temp for 10 min brush sauce again for 10 min. Then heavy sauce em wrap em & do 10 min on 425 pull em & holla atcha boy... 1 hr & 10 min.

Tender & done. All that other shit is BS. Smoking all day slow cooking all day. ITS 2020 I GOT SHIT TO

Whilst I'm sure they'll be delicious. They won't be "smokey" as there's no smoke involved.. closest to smokey this way would be if the sauce was smokey.
