Don't miss our 3rd FIT & FAITHFUL walk and cardio workout! Burn calories and praise the LORD! This is a more intermediate workout but can be adapted to suit all levels. We will warm-up, then alternate low-impact cardio bursts with walking/marching sections for a calorie burning, joyful workout. The important thing is to keep moving, SING loudly and express yourself body, soul and spirit unto the Lord! About Alicia Laumann:
Raised in a Christian home by beautiful missionary parents, I was taught to incorporate my body into my worship of God from a very early age. Living in Mexico City as a child, church gatherings were always festive, colorful and free! Once I was back in the US, my mom put me in ballet. I went on the dance professionally at Ballet Austin and later got my MFA in dance at the University of California, Irvine and my Pilates Certification soon after. When I turned 50, I made the decision that I wanted to be free to offer all of who I was to my teaching and not feel forced to compartmentalize my life in God. My prayer is that God will use my gifts to bless others as we use glorify Him with our whole selves.
