This!!! I've started openly teaching/showing my 12yo granddaughter what I do that I consider magick (I didnt realize how much of my daily routines this involved! Great reflective opportunity! Thanks!). She was putting together bracelets and made one for me. We've talked about energy, intention, and a little basic knot magic. I'm teaching her "you know what to do, listen to your gut" and she ran with it!
My practice changed significantly when I stopped caring what other people might think about my practice and just made it mine.❤

The simulation hypothesis is what drew me to chaos magick. I personally believe that we likely live in a simulation of some kind and that the simulation is programmed to reinforce that which we truly believe. So, if you believe that things are "this way, " well then... "so mote it be." Of course, not everyone believes this and I just happen to have the good fortune of truly believing there "is no spoon." You can bend reality a lot more easily when you hold this sincere belief!

And for some that has made it difficult to use that term. Others may call it something else, and yet to it's very core, this is what magic is. i totally dig this on so many levels. 1) the mental framework 2) it really needs to be more of a lifestyle than a practice. — i'll stop there for now, bk that second one reminds me of when i worked in the health food industry. the people who went on 'diets' usually failed, but those who took the approach of a 'living foods lifestyle' usually succeeded in their health goals. i believe the same is with magick. it's more than a practice, it's a lifestyle (and way of perceiving the world). —you really packed a lot into a five-min video!!! 🪐
