My former psychiatrist taught me this when I was having nightmares and was in the lowest place of my life. She said that when I wake up from a nightmare, write it down but change the ending. And then go back to bed. Change it to a good ending or whatever I want. And it worked!! :)

Love, love, loved this video, Ivy! I've learned a lot of new concepts and practices on your channel. I attended a retreat where the facilitator introduced the concept that time is a construct. So I started playing with time in a short time frame. Whenever I was running late for work, I would "drive outside of time". This worked as long as I didn't 1) look at the clock on the dash and 2) worry about being late. Having success working in short periods of time feels like a good foundation to work farther forward or back. Weaving of imagination and memory, looking forward to working with hypersigils.

inspired to dedicate an entire journal solely for servitor hypersigils! it's fun writing down their dwelling space, their appearance, abilities, what they do when they're idle, tools, etc. and forming a story for the day/ week/ month/ year/ indefinite time. although im limiting my time for about 30 mins a day to discipline myself and so i wont get distracted from studying haha

I am also into Law of attraction stuff and people use this technique under the name of "scripting", thinking that is a revolutionary new method. I never knew myself it came from chaos magick. Thank you for this video!

I’m so happy to be reinvigorated in my practice lately. This is a great video. I am a musician as well as a belly dancer. Me and one of my fellow dancers have talked about doing some choreography enacting hypersigils!

Also, the concept of rewriting the past is basically almost identical, to what Law of Assumption/Neville Goddard followers call revision. I think some people have a problem with it because their brain won’t let them “deny“ the past. But I really like the way you explain this, and Writing a story seems like a gentle way to feed the information to your subconscious.
