I tried Omad but I find the 20:4 is better for me. I really find it achievable and don’t beat myself if I have 16:8 mmm planned.
I have cleaned up my fast (no creamer or lemon) and the feast is a work in progress 😎 it works ladies! It isn’t just the weight loss, no more migraines, it’s the clean skin, no stomach issues, my hair is growing and my eyes have gotten better!
I was sceptical but now I a believer! I had accepted the fact I had to squeeze into my sz 16 jeans
But now I am down to a sz 10! I am loving this lifestyle! Thank you DyAnn!

I am 59. Two years ago I lost 70 pounds in 3 months on OMAD. Got to 105....lowest weight of my adult life.

Am currently in the 2023, July class. Your narrative on the "once a day insulin spike" really resonated with me. It is what OMAD is truly about and if people can get this through their heads, they will be headed in the direction that they are looking for. Thank you Dy Ann. When in doubt, I just tell myself - we are only going to spike our insulin once today. And I am right back on track.

All your videos are great, but this one was really a "HOME RUN."

Catching the replay. I wanted to join today but got busy. Wanted rave about my results after no toothpaste brushing in a.m. My last dental appointment was EXCELLENT! Dentist said my gum health improved!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉 He said keep doing what you're doing! I was skeptical at first about this but you were right Dyann! Thanks for solid info!!😊😊😊

I did do chicken breast olive oil, cabbage & green onion stir fry once a day. Plain Coffee & lemon, acv water in fasted state. Lost 70 lbs in 3 months. I did not workout. Got to 105 lbs at age 57.

Good evening fabulous dy... A graduate of😊 last year.. Mindset is still the strength of all our decisions. Dy, you don't create a special way of eating however I myself am a carnivore and have been eating this way for 4 years because it's better for my inflammation and chronic health disorders such as lymphedema and a chronic severe back disorder causing pain. I eat when I'm hungry and most of the time it's one meal a day but if I'm hungry for the second meal i do that also. My success in using fabulous dy mindset course.. ladies listen to Dy.. that will be your success no matter what you choose to eat or how many times.

This was extremely helpful- I have been on OMAD “lite” where I am restricting myself to one meal a day strictly between 5-6pm. My meal is healthy and sensible and very keto friendly. I’m not eating any processed foods or sugars, rice or grains. However, I have been drinking coffee with a tablespoon heavy, whipping cream in the morning, and have taken a couple bites of baby carrots, and no sugar beef jerky throughout the day when I’m feeling really hungry and I guess this is contributing to my weight loss stalling out

Always get even more inspired when I listen to you. Working towards 20:4. So far 18:6 most of the time. Lost my weight two years ago. (Two years + IF.) Now really focusing on health. as well.

I may be the only one here that does this but I do a clean 20 hour fast, and I only eat whole plant foods during my eating window, only carbs and no fat...I use my lumen to measure that I'm burning fat when I wake up in the morning. I do this since I'm not eating fat, I'm sure that the fat I'm burning is coming from my fat stores. I'm down 25 pounds now because of this method.

I’m going to clean up my fast. I was taking 2 liquid supplements with a sweet taste. I will take them during my feasting window.

Been doing omad for over 3 years more or less . Just eating once a day sometimes 18 to 19 hours sometimes 20 - 24 hrs . I WO every day. Walk 10 k also

I didn’t make it to the live. The question I find that never gets answered is how a surgically post-menopausal woman (like myself - 56 years old, had endometrial cancer and they took both ovaries and the uterus in the surgery) can balance hormones they no longer have. I’m not able to take estrogen replacement because the cancer was estrogen driven. BTW, ladies, if you CAN keep your ovaries, DO! Feeling 70 when your 56 is for the birds. Ok. I do t really feel 70 but certain body parts do.

Anyhoo, I have super clean fasts. Perhaps I’ll start drinking hot water instead of straight green tea until summer when I can just do water fasts. I have one insulin spike event (OMAD) a day. The struggle is real.

The other issue I rarely see addressed is not getting ENOUGH calories in an eating window. It’s difficult with OMAD. And I eat clean, whole foods 95% of the time. Removing alcohol has not produced the miracle I hoped it would. But since it is good for my blood pressure AND other cancer risks not to
Drink, I’ll keep on keepin’ on.

I’ve been doing 18:6 for 60 days now. Clean fasting and TMAD with a calorie deficit and still haven’t lost anything.

Doing OMAD over 2 yrs initially lost 8 kg but now not moving down at all . My meal usually rice with meat and lot of vegetables. Other times tea cofee with our suger/ milk . I go for a walk 3/4 times a week

Im 59. Workedcreally hard for a year to lose weight. Ketogenic diet .. learnt so much about healthy foods, fats, intolerances ... i struggle with numbers of foods and been difficult to identify .... constant sudden diarrhoea, even when fasting. Barely lose weight. Its easy to do omad and can go into 36 now . Ive been drinking tea with lemon and ginger though !! But i do have to very careful about what i break the fast with. If i add a bit carbs into feast i can feal the insulin resistance a lot in the dawn phenomenon by sweating profusely. Its all a struggle

I am 53, post menopausal and Its been a month and I fast for 20-22 hours every day and only eat between 4pm/5pm - 7pm/8pm….. haven’t lost any weight! About to give up!

Not only am I loosing weight with OMAD, but I have no menopause symptoms!
I forgot to mention, I don't eat carbs in my feeding window. Because when I do, I have that inflammation and I can feel it. So I eat clean, whole foods.
