What Ironmouse is using is a VTube Studio plugin called "vts-heartrate" by Skeletom. It really does adjust the model based on the reading on the heartrate monitor.

It's feels like with every model update Mouse gets more and more connected to the system, just like how they chrome up in Cyberpunk Edgerunners. 😂 Like in 2 months there will be random wires connected to IRL Mouse that control all sorts of thing of her model (sensor her temperature or hunger etc.)
