this is good. i didnt know that the ship rotation breaks at 1k fps and that 99% of players use 60 fps.

There exist 0.5 to 1 mhz (~1.000.000 fps) displays specialized for industrial uses which, in contrast to your monitor can actually display 1000 fps.
They aren't usually available for consumer purchase, and I don't think the needed drivers exist to make it work as a gaming monitor.
