This can also happen with around 8%-13% of the population whenever they receive an immunisation injection because of the body releasing adrenaline as an immune response. Generally in that case the adrenaline effects will last for 5-15 minutes depending on how reactive the immune system is to the specific immunisation. It’s quite likely that the adrenaline release is to boost the immune system’s performance to prevent a wider infection in response to a virus exposure.
