EASY OVERNIGHT OATS for weight loss and optimal health
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2-3 drops of liquid stevia
1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/3 cup chopped strawberries fresh or frozen

Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar or bowl, mixing until everything is well incorporated (be sure to stir in the peanut butter to be sure it thoroughly mixes through all of the oats).

Pop on the lid or cover, and place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours and preferably overnight until your oats are cold and creamy. Top with extra strawberries and peanut butter, if desired, and enjoy.

Notes
Overnight oats will keep fresh in the fridge for up to about 4 to 5 days. Give them a good stir and add a splash of almond milk, if they’ve been sitting for a couple of days.

Have used your overnight recipes before and actually lowered my cholesterol following a strict daily breakfast of them for 3 months. Prevented me from going on cholesterol lowering meds. Doc wanted to know what I did and honestly this was it! Thanks! ❤

I used milk kefir instead of yogurt and i let the oats ferment for 24 hours to lessen the carb count. But otherwise, it's like this. Love it.

Thanks for the ideas, Dani!

If you’re trying to loose weight you should try the PB powder instead of the regular PB, the powder has way less fat and calories

I’ll be trying this for sure. We are going away on vacation this summer and this might be the best way to keep me full and start my day right. I usually have a smoothie every morning but I’m not able to on vacation. Thank you for sharing

I just had overnight oats this morning. My combo was oats, greek yogurt, salted mixed nuts, raisins, cinnamon, stevia. Yum!

I did very similar but instead of oat I soaked chia seeds and instead milk and Greek yoghurt I used one type of fermented milk ( my friend uses natural yoghurt) and I skipped stevia but added the rest - peanut butter and fruits/ berries … very tasty

My go-to is blueberries, raspberries, and vanilla extract. Also just peaches when they’re in season. Reminds me of peaches and cream 😋.
