These are my absolute favorite 🥰 a perfect meal prep solution for busy mornings. No cooking required—just stir the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for a creamy and enjoyable serving of oatmeal to kickstart your day 😋 You can savor it cold straight from the jar or warm it up in the microwave for a cozy option. These are good in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS:
► 1/2 cup of rolled oats per jar
► 1 cup of almond milk per jar (or milk of choice)
► 1 tsp chia seeds per jar
► 1 tbsp almond butter per jar
► 1/2 tbsp of My Normal Keto Allulose
► 1/3 cup Greek yogurt per jar
► 1/2 cup blueberries and strawberries per jar
► Some banana slices
► Some chopped pecans

Looks so good. I’d add the banana slices in the morning to make sure they don’t brown at all, or could add banana slices between the oats and yogurt layer

what I love about her videos, is that the accuracy of measuring all ingredients is the same, she pays attention to the detail of the recipe, and is very organized...I saw some oatmeal recipe videos, they spoon the ingredients not the same as one mason jars jars

Love overnight oats!! 😋 I make mine with gf oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, honey, almond milk, banana, and sometimes almond butter. SO good!

Looks great but I would omit adding extra sugar. The fruit is the sweetener for me.

Just keep in mind that you have to be very careful with chia seeds they need to be very well hydrated before it is consume❗️ because otherwise it could cause a blockage in your intestines, I see that you put almond milk but you also you put oats the oats also absorb alot of the moisture, Chia seed is a very healthy seed but it Must Be Very Well Hydrated❗️ I suggest that you should drink water before and after if you eating that on a daily basis I myself prefer to soak the Chia separately overnight in plenty of water 16 oz of filtrate water and 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds mix it up well, cover up and put refrigerator overnight; the next day I put it in a blender with any fruits of your preference and drink it as a smoothie, you can use organic cow milk NO almond milk❗️ Why because almond milk has CALCIUM CARBONATED ADDED IT TO IT, it's one of the added ingredients you can read it in the ingredients listed: Calcium Carbonated it does not absorb well by the bones it spread in your body you need to start taking vitamin K complex with D3 so your bones can absorb the calcium better; otherwise it goes into your arteries, and regarding strawberries that fruit is highly sprayed with pesticides I actually don't like to eat strawberries because of that On Lest it's Organic, and always rinse it really well with filtrate of water before consumption Even if it's organic.
