Quantum God: Is the Universe God?

Is the universe God as pantheists believe? Does God fill all of space? In this video, we will examine quantum physics and string theory to show that the universe is not God or part of God's being. If the universe isn't God, then what is the universe made of? What is the substance of space? The Higgs Field, which is filled with Higgs Bosons, or famously called "God Particles," emerges from an even more fundamental layer of reality called spirit. I propose that all properties of matter and energy emerge from the spirit field that God spoke into existence at the Creation of the Matrix.

Actually, in Genesis, in the original ancient Hebrew, God creates the universe as an extension of his being, and this is so because of the word used for creation (barah) also means to fatten and to make healthy and elsewhere is used in reference to procreation.

I once heard it said "the Bible is as much about what you don't read as it is about what you do." The truth is so big, and we're simply too small to comprehend it, even when it's explained to us. The truth is to us what is like the galaxy is to an ant. It goes the other way too, there are things too small for us to comprehend, like the particles in the field you mentioned. The Bible is the word of God but is written for the simple (comparatively) minds of mankind. It's hardly comprehensive but serves the purpose it was meant to. Why can't it be both? God created the universe and IS the universe. It's just not ALL that God is.

The "old man with a beard living in the sky" visualization of God is incredibly outdated. I get that it illustrates God as a person, which is crucial to having a relationship. But it's such a simplistic concept and doesn't do the wonder of God justice.

Realizing that God IS the universe (and also separate from it) doesn't take away His personhood or make us God.

What it really does is open your eyes to the ways you can communicate with Him. If God IS the universe he can still be capable of emotion and judgement and, most importantly, love.

But if God IS the universe, how would that change how you talked with God?

And if God IS the universe, that explains how miracles work.

I'm a believer in a higher power but religion and science isn't working for me when explaining the universe and it's purpose/who the higher power is. We are still learning and we're going off old words from so long ago when science wasn't even mainstream idk am I wrong I just don't think all this makes sense when explaining. Let there be light and it was so and it was good! Sounds to me like a thought. The universe is the brain of our GOD and we are GOD's thoughts. No need for any simulation. Just pure thought of our creator. The God in the bible when he speaks to creation it is actually he thinks to creation. GOD thought us to creation. Great stuff! I only miss the addressing of the phenomenon "faith". And related to this the observer effect. The coming to existence of the particles when we with our natural senses try to observe the waves. The secular world talks about consciousness but I believe the measurements we do on waves have nothing to do with consciousness because like Einstein said: The moon is still there when your not looking.
