God is Spirit: Quantum Physics and God

Theologians have tried for centuries to understand God. Jesus said that God is sprit, and traditionally, that has meant that God is immaterial, invisible, and totally different from matter. While Jesus did make a clear distinction between matter and spirit, they aren’t so different. Recent discoveries in the field of quantum physics reveal a ghost-like quality to matter that we never realized. For example, quantum tunneling is the phenomenon where elementary particles move through solid objects. Is this perhaps how Jesus appeared in a room locked from the inside even though He was not in spirit form?

I currently have no one to discuss this type of thing with because they all either don’t care or they have it all figured out in their particular brand of Christianity and relationship with God. God is LOVE. He doesn't have LOVE to give us...He 'IS' LOVE! We can never know the extent of what that power/Spirit/Love means & encompasses.

I have a hypothesis that God’s consciousness is manifested as what we call energy in our universe. When God said “Let their be light” He created a field of this conscious energy as strings (as in string theory) or fields (as in quantum field theory). All forces and matter emerge from how these strings or fields vibrate. God then would manifest the material universe by choosing what strings or fields to vibrate at what frequencies and thus manifest any combination of forces and matter He chooses. To perform a miracle He just chooses to vibrate certain strings or fields at other than usual frequencies.

This video is another stepping stone along the path to add just a little more clarity and understanding in my quest to find possible explanations for the complex questions I have regarding the power of God. Initially, I was trying to discover what form prayer actually takes. Is prayer a wave, a particle, an unknown force, what? Is it like a photon or neutrino or some type of "ray" that can penetrate seemingly solid objects. Does the conscious mind create a "ripple" or vibration, of energy that traverses everywhere and everything, seeking a response? Everytime I find some clarity, I discover new questions. This video has been wonderfully stimulating to my mind. Thank-you.

For me God is the power of all creation. The one creator, an orb of powerful divine light from which all the Universe and dimension eminates. The source creator is the thought behind the word that created all things. Pure love, light and eternity.

When we say nothing...we are not talking about emptiness rather we are simply saying this entity is not a thing.

The words we use are just concepts that give you a sense of what this entity might be...
I AM... That is God.

No words can truly describe this being.

I know most people understand that we are created in Gods image. So God obviously has the visual traits of the human body.
He has a face, two arms, two legs. Just infinitely more glorified than human beings. God spoke with his words and created. God worked with his hands and formed man from the very dust that we walk on, then breathed his breathe into us so that we may live. I know it's hard for our tiny human minds to grasp God. But let's just understand that he's God, we are not. And we gladly accept and are gladly thankful to experience him and his creation that he put us in.
