Hello beautiful peeps!
This is a very special video and I cannot stress enough on how important it is to feel good about yourselves! I really hope this video helps you love and take care of yourselves. The schedule of this challenge is as follows :
1.Eat/Drink anything green(and healthy)
2.Get creative(Paint,create something,sing anything you want)
3.Sleep 30 mins early(Rest is very important)
4.Meditate for 5 mins in the morning(Watch a tip in the video)
5.Do something fun with your friends(can be anything random from Netflix and chill at home to hanging out at a cafe. Remember to enjoy yourself)
6.Take a walk in your neighborhood and enjoy nature.
7.Leave self love notes for yourself.
8.Read. Anything you like.(A novel or a fashion magazine; you choose)
9.Process your emotions(Put on a paper of how you are feeling or write a letter to your future self or your past self)
10.Repeat your favorite one from the list above.
11.Tidy up your room(Dont forget to put on your favorite music)
12.Set your intentions for the day.
13.Cook at home(It is ok even if you fail; You at least tried!!!)
14.Snack on a fruit.
15.Pamper yourself(Get a manicure or put on a sheet mask at home)
16.Work out for fun!!(Don't workout to lose all the junk you ate; but just FOR FUN. ENJOY every bit)
17.Carry a water bottle with you today and drink drink drink.
18.Take yourself out on a date(Can be coffee or a lavish meal or even a yummy street food corner)
19.Write 3 things you are grateful for when you wake up.
20.Gift yourself.(Anything you like)
21.Relaxxxx! Do anything you like or Don't do anything at all.
22. Dress up for nothing!
23. Compliment a stranger!( Trust me, it will make your day)
24.Make a playlist and dance in your room.Alone.(You are welcome.)
25.Do a legs up the wall yoga pose.( Hold for as long as you can)
26.Repeat your favorite one from the list above.
27.Pick up the phone and call someone(even just to see how they are doing)
28.Take a break from social media(You decide the limit)
29.Do one thing you have been putting off.(Eg: Haircut/Cleaning your closet/Movie night)
30.Write down your four favorite tips from the above and make them a habit.
REMEMBER :
--Order is not important.
--If you don't happen to like any activity you can totally skip and do anything that makes you feel good(because that is the main idea)
