Day twenty-two complete! I felt the burn in my core for today's workout! Today was a little tough but I still powered through it. Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.

Great workout (as always)! It would help out so much if you’d put the actual amount of time that is spent doing the exercises somewhere in the description/ thumbnail or title, because for example this video says 15 minutes however the workout is only about 9-10 minutes, so that we know how long we did the workout in total.

I think either I get stronger... or my body has learned the good form. Everytime I do crunches, any kind of crunches, my neck was so so tensed. But today, there's no hurt neck when I do this workout.

Ps: I work out following Madeleine's 1 week plan and now this 1 month plan. And I feel my body feels more stronger and flexible already. Thank you so much, Madeleine!❤❤
