Hey besties!

This is day 22 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute deep core pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

I was like “I can’t do this ill do one more” then id do it and think “one more” and before i knew it sounds were sitting up and I couldn’t believe it was the end. This was SOOO PAINFUL but i feel so great that i managed the whole thing. Thanks so much for your lovely workouts <333

OMG this workout really got me, I'm sweating like crazy!! This is the first time I was able to go through the video WITHOUT resting a minute in between each exercise.
I love your one month pilates plan! ❤ Please do more in the future😊

Great achievements everyday!!! It may sound like nothing but I didn't pause for once today just continued with her so I'm proud of myself for that!! Anyways great work everyone!!
