Hey besties!

This is day 24 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute full body pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Hi Madeleine! I just wanted to say that your workouts really helped me love myself again! Not only have I reached my dream body without having to watch what I eat all the time, I also love working out now even though I've never really enjoyed doing sports. Day 24✅️ I am getting so much better at these workouts but I'm sad because it's ending. My body has become stronger, i can climb stairs easily, I can walk faster and so much more❤ Thank you so much for the workouts ❤

at first in my normal days i made excuses to skip doing it but now I'm improved a lot not even period days stoping me to do this 🤝 thank you very much

Hi Madeline! I just wanted to say thank you so much for ever creating this Chanel, you have helped me a lot with staying active. I am a figure skater of 8 years, and youre workouts are PERFECT for developing core and legs/quad strength. I have definitely noticed some changes in my body as this is my 2nd time completing this plan, but I have skipped a few days due too holidays and sometimes just needing a rest day. You have genuinely helped me with these videos, I know you haven’t even said anything about it but my mindset has changed quite a bit. I don’t cry as easily, I’m more happy, and I actually look forward to doing these workouts. I still don’t like the way my body looks, but you’re helping me get used to it and try to love it ❤ I’m sure you have helped so many more girls/women around the world, and we thank you for that. Day 24! I loved all the workouts so much! I started this month's plan after almost a year of not doing any kind of exercise, and I thought I'd quit. But you designed this program in a way that I wanted to come back for more! I almost didn't feel sore and tired the next day, which helped me to do them daily ( I did take breaks, and some days I combined 2 days in one, depending on my energy level that day). I feel much much stronger now! I feel my body became more "solid" after being soft and weak for so long. I didn't take before and after pictures, but i feel like my body did become more defined!

How far I’ve come, I remember on the first day I literally had to pause at the end of every exercise but now I can finish without pausing or even modifying any of the exercises. So thankful for this workout . Cheers to everyone who has made it this far

Wow, day 24 already! I am beyond grateful that I found your channel. I've been measuring my changes based on how better I get doing the workouts, but my mom saw me today and said it seems like I'm slimming down. I will continue to come here for my workouts this is a big deal for me not only the slimming down but sticking to something. So Thanks a lot.❤

I just want to say thank you so much for this playlist. It helped me cut some weight and my body feels lighter and stronger for sure. I couldn’t do so many of these workouts like you do, I’m gonna do it again and again till I can do it like you. Thank you! This has to be my favourite workout playlist ♥️

THANK YOU QUEEN SO MUCH FOR THIS PLAN! I’ve struggled my entire life with my weight and mental health. I started this plan with the mindset of being healthy and to take care of ME! And I have never looked better! Now I wake up and jump to do your workouts, they help so much with regulating and staying grounded throughout the day (and I can definitely feel a major difference in my mood if I have a rest day or have to workout later in the day).

While I haven’t seen many changes in my body which is natural considering u don’t change in a month, these workouts have made me love working out it feels so good

I was supposed to do yesterday but apparently my ass got sick and did today but ngl I really cannot believe I've come this far!! This one month challenge is gonna end tomorrow is just a surprise to me!!! But I had seriously sm funnn!!! Anyways great work everyone keep it upppp!!!

Loved this, I love short workouts as I have a special needs daughter that’s always making messes & up early so I don’t have much time for me so I love the short workouts so thanks & I love Pilates ❤❤❤❤

Day 24! Omg, I'm so happy I reached this far into the challenge! This one was really tough but I enjoyed it very much nonetheless! I'm so excited for tomorrow!

Day 24 done! I'm really exited for the end of the plan. I think I'm gonna repeat this programme several times in the future, but until then I want to try your other plans!
