Hey besties!

This is day 16 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 20 minute arms, abs & back pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Reminder, as always, these are just my workouts I do daily that I want to share. I'm not a medical professional so please if anything hurts stop this video and rejoin me on another!

Never been this regular in my life. Pilates healed my period cycle, made me strengthen my entire body and I’ve never been so much in love with myself ever before. Thank you, Miss Madeleine. May god bless you ❤

If you've made it this far, I just want to say how proud I am of you! I was on medication for a good part of my life, which had the undesirable effect of making me fat, and I also ate a lot of rubbish, swallowing bad things!
I started trying to change my diet by replacing a lot of things, I started this playlist and I quickly saw a difference.
I used to hate my legs, and now I'm gradually starting to reconcile with them.
I've also stopped eating a lot of sugar, and I've watched some documentaries that have cooled me down about sugar consumption.
Do what's right for you, this is just my testimony.

I knew this was gonna be a hard one. My arms have been the hardest part of a lot of previous moves. But you make it look so easy and I wanna get there some day. So I push.

I enjoyed today’s workout. Slowly I can feel my body get used to doing these workouts. I don’t burnout that easily. I feel like I have better strength in me than before. Thanks Madeline♥️

I've been doing this challenge and have been doing it since day 1. This was the first video that made me miss water so much😂. Where was our water break???😭

I was absolutely exhausted today and had no motivation to do anything but I kinda pushed through the first half and actually enjoyed throughout the whole workout!!! I'm quite proud of myself tbh lol. Anyways keep it up everybody!!
