Good video. The woman doing the exercises was in tip top shape…I bet she has no spine issues. I think they should use old people with real bad spinal stenosis like me to demonstrate.

I tried this & in 3 days I felt pain relief, to almost no pain & had mobility in my spine where previously for last 2 years unable to walk or move out of bed without pain & difficulty. I knew i needed physical therapy of some type but previous PT was not good. I will do this exercise forever & delay considering decompression surgery. I have spondylolisthesis gr 1 & stenosis in 2 discs, 5 bulging discs & facet issues. THANK YOU WOODBINE!

I've watched many videos on spinal stenosis, but this is the only one that, in addition to giving exercises that are doable for someone like me who was recently diagnosed with severe stenosis at L4-L5, gives the specific advice to repeat the entire series every 2-3 hours. So I set my timer for every two hours for the last two days. I could feel positive improvements in only two days, which I couldn't do with others for the previous six months.

Other videos show me almost the same exercises, so they could be effective as well. But being told to do it every 2-3 hours takes the guesswork out of when I should do it, and some of the routines in other videos are so intimidating that I dreaded doing them. This series of exercises does not frighten me, but rather makes me eager to complete them.

The first time I practiced this exercise for therapy, I was so surprised. It was like a miracle because I felt my back pain almost went away right after I finished the complete sets in the video. I continued to practice the exercise once per day since then for a month and found huge improvement, even there were still some flare ups every two/three days or a week. The flare ups have become less and less pain. If I knew and practiced this video a year ago, then I would not have to suffer my back pain for a year long. I just met my physical therapist today and have shown him this video. The therapist strongly agreed and advised me to continue practice the exercises in the video plus he gave me two more exercises for harmstring stretch. Thank you so much🤠😊😀

I am suffering with stenosis for 10years after an accident. I got the relief the first time I tried this but need to practice at least twice a day & I will. This is super amazing. Thank you! 🙏🏽

I just had stem cell treatments in Mexico 3 weeks ago. Best to hold off doing anything until pain and inflammation is gone. Good luck
