Beautiful meditation! I struggle visualizing in my mind but I pictured myself in a beautiful field of grass enveloped in a brilliant egg of flowing white light entering and cleansing my chakras then surrounding my body in a safe bubble 🤍🙏🏻

..Lovely - thank you. Would so appreciate if a video would be made with a meditation with the traditional colours of the crown chakra, the "white radiant light". A person in the West, erroneously started using violet in the 70´ as he was convinced the chakras followed the physical laws of the (electromagnetic) light spectrum, "travels at a speed of 300, 000 km per second and can be broken down into seven colours. From longest to shortest wavelength, they are: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet." but...
