Something went wrong witg the samsung. The alsways on display should be saying super fast charging during the whole test but it disappeared.

It should be a crime that these companies say that this is fast charging, my OnePlus 12 actually has fast charging. 0 to 100% in less than 35 minutes.

All three companies have opted for the industry standard of PD charging instead of confusing (safety as well) people with proprietary charging methods similar to those used by Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Since PD charging is currently certified for 25 watts for phones and 45 watts for tablets, I’m unsure what people expect. While phones can still be charged at 45 watts, it’s limited to a specific temperature range, and even then, both Samsung and Google maintain a power output below 40 watts. Testing has likely revealed that charging at 45 watts can negatively affect battery health. However, more advanced battery technology, such as stacked batteries, is on the horizon. This technology might be introduced in the iPhone 16 Pro models, which could explain why they’ll support 45-watt charging. This enhancement improves thermal management.

The Google Pixel needs a high voltage to charge quickly for some reason, it could be that if you use the same adapter it slows down the charging of other devices.

Finally someone shows a real effect of charging throttling! From 25 to 28degrees room temperature a 20-30min of extra time are completely normal situation. You can use Battery Guru app to show the charging curve, at 28 degreees there'd be at least 2 major throttling intervals. Also Samsung watches at 25C to 28C charge for 1:10min to 1:50min. And unbelievably all the reviewers have a different story...

Lol my S22U charges from 0 to 100% within an hour with official Samsung 45w wired charger.

Something is definitely wrong with your s24 ultra set up in the first 2 tests of the video. I use the original 45w samsung charger with an anker usb cable and my s24 ultra will fully charge in less than 1 hour and 10 minutes EVERYTIME. Great video though.
