Yeah, super excited for this one. It's an issue a lot of people come to me about, which one do I need? When buying a mace, macebell, steel mace there are quite a few things to consider. What weight? What size? What length? What diameter? Which design? What price point? These I will discuss in this video hoping to give you a little more insight into the world of the mace. I just got my first steel mace with the weight being 5kg. Tbh it does feel a bit too light, but I am sure it will be great for really hammering down the correct technique. I did a 20min workout yesterday and I can feel a slight but satisfying muscle soreness.

I am considering buying a 10lb macebell to get started. Looking at something with a 33mm wide handle.

I have some weight plates for dumbbells with a 50mm hole. Is it possible to fit the plates and keep them in place with a barbell lock instead of having to acquire a mace collection?
