watched more than 20 or 25 videos for skinny fat fix, and non gave me a clear view how to fix. all they say (cut) then(lean bulk) but no one explained the gradually fix as u did. Thanks alot for this video

I was skinny fat wearing sizes S or M but with a 28% body fat. Means you are apparently thin but your body fat % is high. Now I’m just skinny I guess at 21% body fat. Dieting is how you resolve it

Such great advise!! I am currently doing a 72 hour fast and will take upon your advise to continue with exercise and stay at 1000 calories and slowly increase it.

For the longest time I tried cardio and BJJ as well as a low calorie diet. Only recently have I actually tried body compesition. For the last month I've been lifting heavier and eating a little more. How long will it take to get any results?

1000 calories doesn't sound healthy sounds anorexic I dieted with low calories and I lost 35 pounds but I would always stick around 1650-700 calories

Well how do we workout to build muscles, what is the most effective way? When i workout in the gym i just hopp on to something and does as many reps as I can on heavy weight i can barely do good form on? What do i do

What about being skinny fat and want just to cutt the fat? Do you still have to build the muscle first or can you just cutt calories? Also is Mediterranean-Keto the best diet for that? Thanks for the video Paul

My skinny fat is getting better, I am gaining muscle, but it's been hard work. I had to stop doing so much cardio and eat plenty of protein and workout daily and do resistance training. My arms and legs are getting tone and the top of my abs. I am gaining weight but abs is getting firmer and flatter and more defined. Maca root and creatine is helping me gain muscle.

Good video! Never heard about your channel until just now looking up skinny fat. I think a lot of us skinny fat people have just been skinny our whole lives and have gradually added on some extra fat and have resulted in a different kind of skinny fat than what you're talking about. That's been my case at least. Anyway, good stuff. Just subbed!
