1g per pound is way to much protein for your body and body recomp does not work at maintenance, Body recomp is not that complicated all it means is loosing fat while gaining muscle and to achive that you need to be in an slight deficit around 300 calories while workout out normally and have around 1.4 - 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram (KG) not 1g per pound you will get kidney problems.

Stop capping bud. Currently on 68 kg while being 187cm big i eat 300g of protein 5000 kcal and train 3-4 hours daily for a year but because of a problem with the CK in my blood i could obly gain fkn 3 kilos in a year and its not even lean and i will grow less of course from now on. I might start doing stroids in one or two years. Its the only solution.
