I reverse engineered my way to relieve stress & anxiety as by going to a trial yoga class at my gym. It was my first day but soon after doing the simple excercises i feel so light.

For anyone wanting to come out of their anxious monkey mind they must practice yoga! I never thought how in a single day i could feel so much better.

If a beginner like me can feel it right away I urge everyone reading this to just get started with whatever yoga exercises they can. Just do it for an hour and notice the phenomenal change in your state of mind!
