I have to tell you that I've been suffering with severe back pain for over 2 years. When standing for even a short period of time and I would start bending over. Cooking, shopping, vacations, etc was always miserable. I stumbled upon your video on Super Bowl Sunday 2020. I did it for the first time last night and I could feel huge difference!!!!

I did it again this morning and I feel even better. Thanks for everything.

I have been doing dance, gymnastics, and even some yoga for many years now and I have never before seen that C pose. I love it so much! One leg of mine is shorter than the other and that stretch felt absolutely amazing. Going to be doing this stretch from now on. Thank you!

Wow!! This video was everything I needed today. I was in pain in my lower back and after this video I stood up and that stinging pain in my low back had subsided. I will be doing this video at least once a day!!! Thanks so much.

The one of many thing I found by doing this is after I get up I can really feel my core engaging and my back relaxing I just wanted to say thanks my back has lots of issues due to overwork and this is a really good way for me to find the neutral between back and core!

It’s was amazing following this video, it’s proved a perfect exercise for my lower back pain.
I can’t stop doing it every morning and evening and my lower back is improving by day.

I have had lower back pain for a year now. I just found you video and tried this one and the previous one and my back feels better already. I love the banana pose.
