I really enjoy these videos. Everything you say is what I went through last year. I've been out of full time employment for a year. And the peace of mind and autonomy is incredible.

Marie Antoinette would be so proud of the millions of peasants who no longer suffer the drudgery of work!

Tired of narcissistic CEO so I quit. Reported to a ' fake it til you make it' manager. Oh hell no, not for me! They fired three people just after I started and made me do all their work despite already being understaffed. All the broken promises and smoke and mirrors in a circus environment was mind blowing.

Office politics will make any sane employee leave or work at home…it’s bad enough to waste gas to and from, the 1-2 hours getting your mind, body together for work to only go through much B.S. for 8-12 hours just messes with your mental health…it’s time to be your own boss, make your own hours and limitless pay…✈️🤑

Maybe, people with much money retired early, or taking some time off as well.

To answer your question in the video. I am not considering quitting mostly because my organization has clearly stated that they intend to let our team continue working from home most of the time. I live near a large city with truly bad traffic. The fact that I won't have to go back to that grind makes a huge difference to me. Another team in our organization has to go back to the office with the 1-2 hour commute each day and I would not want to work for that team.

I use the usual stuff, zip recruiter, indeed, all that stuff. every time I apply for even a half ass job there are over 100 people in line for that job. if I look a month from now that same job is unfilled or it shows back up weeks later? there is no damn labor shortage. the tide is turning on these slave labor jobs. you can see it happening with the strikes and walk offs, efforts to be unionized. us workers have been beaten to a pulp, ENOUGH.

Agreed it takes up most of your time and you only have like 24 hours a day and most do treat people harsh bad environments kinda sad the way it works you'll have people nitpicking on you too people wants to enjoy more quality time instead I agree with why they all did that smart decisions for them nice video btw!

I know per fact a lot of people are tired of making peanuts while wearing multiple hats for their employers! Plus many employers treat the employees like crap!

Let me touch on the driver shortage. I was a CDL class A driver for 28 years and hung it up. you have no idea how tough that job is on people and then throw in endless new laws and regulations on us every year. you stand a better chance of being an astronaut than being a lowly truck driver the general public hates anyway. everything you buy got there in a truck, good luck with that. cry me a river.
