What is driving them is that people are SICK and TIRED of doing Back Breaking work for LOW PAY and I Don't Blame them ONE BIT!!!! GOOD for THEM!!! Service workers, Restaurant workers: ALL These VERY HARD Workers Deserve BETTER PAY, Period!! Even $15 dollars an Hour is NOT a LIVING Wage!!!! I would Love to see a Member of CONGRESS work for $15 an Hour!!!

The US Economy needs to change. I dont want my life to be all work. We need to have more of our life back. This is the only life we have, we shouldnt spend it working. We should spend it making our communities a better place.

They figured out that making others rich off of the exploitation of your labor is not having a LIFE

People don't want to work in bars and restaurants anymore because the customers have gotten so obnoxious.

Companies don’t pay a living wage and treat workers like animals workers have to sacrifice their family, Health, and mental sanity AND stil livint paycheck to paycheck this is madness

They forgot to mention that toxic bosses and toxic work environments are drivers too. As in being able to work remotely or hybrid. That's the new gold standard and it's also the biggest fight right now.

About time the employees recovered some of their power in the job market. None of us should begrudge low wage employees a pay increase even if it results in slightly higher prices which it probably will as long as it isn't enabling windfall profits for corporations.

A warehouse job😂 This woman is clueless and insulting. Just because you worked in hospitality or even in a supermarket doesn't mean you don't qualify for higher paid office work. I have plenty of frontline workers near me and they went back to school during Covid and got way better jobs.

Did DollaDolla Jill StpdMoron just say "better pay, better benefits like warehousing" LOL! Wytee probably also thinks warehouse workers get bonuses and summer homes by the beach. Jill sweetheart you are way out of touch. Please retire from giving anymore advice and stay away from tv. --Sincerely Warehouse Management.
