If you really like someone and they are not already in a relationship, then always, always, always, ask the question, just don't be attached to the answer. Accept either a yes or no with very same respect and dignity, if it's a no then allow yourself 30 minutes sadness and disappointment and then celebrate the fact that you had the courage to ask the question, because in a year, 10, 20, 30 years time the only things you will genuinely regret is the not knowing what might have been had you asked the question. Same goes for jobs you'd really like and all else, if there is a vacancy then always always ask the question, but just don't be attached to the answer 🙏🙏🙏🙏

To the first guy asking the question: try to stay present as a woman turns your head. Stay present with the feelings of disappointment at seeing what you want but will not get, and stay present with the negative feelings arising out of that. Do this enough times and eventually when the process starts you will 'have the choice' to say 'No, I don't want any more of that' and settle more deeply into presence rather than going down the old path leading to that all-too-familiar suffering. Then, as Tolle says in other videos, what was your source of suffering becomes a very effective aid in deepening presence.

I connected to someone who constantly pulled at my emotions, people call these individuals deeply narcissistic. Which he probably was but needed for my spiritual growth. He definitely made me aware of my own pull which made me realise that the only thing that keeps me caught up in him was me becoming the pull. No awareness of becoming the pull and identifying myself with it.
With him and the realisation of what was going on, for the first time I felt the space between MYSELF and the pull. Im presuming it was the beginning of a disconnect from the emotions, becoming aware of a seperate self that is outside the self.
It was truly eye opening. I can watch these videos all day and night but I have to experience the experience to fully comprehend what’s going on.

it is the start of Kundalini awakening and healing, when you use the energy like in tantra, bring it upwards through the chakra and to the heart then to the crown and make it unite with Godconsciousness and it will set you free . it will take some time and management but this is the right way to go about the powerhouse you can become . without this, creative energies cannot flow. i was a seeker and met a beautiful young vietnamese woman. for the most part, our relationship evolved smoothly and we planned to marry. however, the pandemic hit and we couldn't see each other. due to the isolation, regular use of sleeping pills and a medical incident, she became depressed and committed suicide. however, on her last night, we talked and texted. i tried to stop her but failed. she was Buddhist and promised we will marry in our next life and she will take care of me. her passing motivated me to learn more about reincarnation, NDEs, mediums, etc. eventually I found Non-Duality and try to spend as much time as possible in the calm. I will make the most of the remainder of this life and look forward to seeing her when this ends.
